Construction supervisor - Dayton, United States - Sapphire Innovations
Description
We are a modern state-owned company based in Berlin and owner of approximately hectares of land in the surrounding area of Berlin (Brandenburg).
In addition to securing open spaces and limiting development in the vicinity of the metropolitan area of Berlin, it is the task of Berliner Stadtgüter GmbH to use its land in a value-creating manner, taking into account landscape, economic, and ecological goals. The preservation and sustainable development of rural areas are our main focus.
In addition to traditional rental and leasing activities, our business activities also focus on the sustainable protection of natural resources. We continuously develop future-oriented business areas, such as renewable energies, and systematically tap into their potential. This requires forward-thinking, knowledgeable initiative, and sensitive action.
Our Rental and Leasing department handles a wide range of contracts, such as commercial rental and leasing agreements, land leasing agreements, and contracts for recreational and leisure properties. Our property structure and substance are also diverse, with over 300 commercial and agricultural buildings.
We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Construction Manager (m/f/d) for Commercial Renovations to support our construction management team. The position is based at our Berlin-Friedrichshain office, with properties to be managed in the southern outskirts of Berlin, particularly in the districts of Teltow-Fläming and Potsdam-Mittelmark.
