Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team in providing care and support to residents in our assisted living facility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, some cooking and cleaning
- Provide direct support and companionship to residents
- Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Lift and transfer residents as needed with proper body mechanics
- Provide dementia care and support for residents with memory impairments
Experience:
- Previous experience in assisted living is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is beneficial
- Experience in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) is desirable
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour

- Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
