  • As Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and further development of our local HR-IT integrations
  • You will take on the technical evaluation, configuration, and development of requirements and implement them sustainably and user-friendly in close coordination with project management
  • You will be responsible for creating and updating technical integration and system documentation
  • You will be involved in 2nd-level support and assist our customers in resolving issues and errors
  • You will independently and agilely work on technical requirements according to agreed priorities and proactively communicate progress, challenges, and results
  • You will also be part of a motivated and dynamic team that is dedicated to continuously improving and optimizing our HR-IT infrastructure through the use of innovative technologies

Your profile. What you bring

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in the IT field
  • Relevant professional experience with knowledge from business and IT to evaluate and technically implement business requirements of our customers in software
  • Knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors solution and product portfolio is desirable
  • Experience with various project management approaches and methods
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages / scripting languages (Java, Groovy, PowerShell) as well as API development
