Bachelor of Engineering (DHBW) in Mechatronics

Do you enjoy approaching technical solutions from multiple perspectives? Then the Mechatronics program is just right for you. It is becoming increasingly clear that interdisciplinary knowledge is necessary for the planning and implementation of complex automation systems. A broad perspective is essential. The dual study program "Mechatronics" provides you with the perfect conditions to act flexibly and efficiently in various areas. At the same time, you will gain insight into our different departments during your practical phases. Before starting your studies at the dual university in Mosbach, you will complete a four-week pre-internship. Then your theory and practical phases will alternate. The program combines mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and computer science. After successfully completing your studies, you will be awarded the academic degree "Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics".

Once you have completed everything, you can contribute to AZO's various engineering departments, depending on the company's requirements and your personal skills, and connect them through your interdisciplinary knowledge.

Requirements

General university entrance qualification or subject-specific university entrance qualification / technical college entrance qualification

Affinity for electrical engineering / mechanics / computer science

Good performance in natural science subjects, especially mathematics

Quick comprehension, good communication skills, and intercultural openness
