Job Summary

The Driver Sampler will work from the afternoon/evening shift starting around 2 pm and end around 1130 pm daily Monday to Thursday.

The drive will entail going up past Fresno to meet with another Encore driver/sampler and exchange samples and then bring samples back to the lab by evening.

Occasionally, the driver will also visit client locations to collect cannabis samples via company SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) to be tested by our laboratory for state compliance analysis

General Duties

• 90% of the job is on the road in company vehicle
• Driving 4.5 hours to meet with other driver/sampler, exchange samples and drive 4.5 hours back to original destination
• Visit and drive to client locations to collect cannabis samples back to laboratory
• Randomly select samples for testing using laboratory standard operating procedures & package samples in tamper proof packaging
• Document control for sample intake and client information
• Collect payments from clients and other drivers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Be okay with long drives (8+ hours on the road per day)
• Must have clean driving record
• High School Diploma/ GED/ or High School Equivalency Exam
• Valid California Driver's License and ability to pass Driving Record
• Comfort and ability to work autonomously or with mínimal guidance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus
• Prior Class C Driver experience a plus
