Responsibilities:


  • Perform highquality collision repairs and refinishing work on various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate vehicle assessments to identify repair needs.
  • Remove and replace damaged parts, panels, and components as necessary.
  • Ensure all repair work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Use modern diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and repair issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stay uptodate with industry advancements and repair techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Collision Technician.
  • Proficient in collision repair techniques, including frame straightening, welding, and refinishing.
  • Ability to use computerized diagnostic equipment and repair software.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair safety protocols.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
