We are looking for you as a Consultant (m/f/d) in the onsite field. As an Onsite Consultant (m/f/d), you will act as a service provider on site, ensuring a perfect and proactive placement of employees and taking care of their smooth integration. In addition, you will also be responsible for the personnel of co-suppliers (in a master vendor function).

Your tasks

  • Independent handling of customer inquiries
  • Search for candidates through various channels (Xing, LinkedIn, etc.) and posting corresponding job advertisements
  • Accompanying candidates through the customer process and being the contact person for any questions
  • Supporting employees in customer assignments
  • Continuous exchange with co-suppliers
