The Information and Technology Services department manages and organizes all IT services for DKMS worldwide. For a modern and service-oriented organization like DKMS, data security is essential and the use of state-of-the-art technology is crucial. The Workplace Management team is responsible for providing a reliable and secure IT work environment. This includes end-user support as well as managing our external service desk.

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent

IT Onsite Support Engineer (m/w/d)

for our Information and Technology Services department in Dresden.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring the system status of workstations and IT components (e.g. printers or conference rooms) at all locations and resolving any occurring errors and disruptions on-site or through remote maintenance
  • Handling disruptions and service requests and escalating them to downstream support units or service partners if necessary
