    Description

    Private family looking to hire a part time family assistant/nanny in Ridgewood, New Jersey. This position would start ideally in July.

    The Ideal Candidate: The family will have a new baby in August and wants a set of extra hands . The person hired needs to have experience with babies as well as working in a home assisting with tasks such as laundry, dishes, grocery shopping, meal prep, driving children to activities, etc. During the week, the position will be more assisting with the home while mom is caring for the children. On the weekend, the position will be caring for the baby.

    What Works Best for Family: Someone who can help keep the home tidy laundry moving, and kids happy This individual MUST swim and drive.

    Adults:2
    Children:3 (infant, 6 yr old and 9 yr old)
    Dogs:1 (golden retriever )
    Cats:none- highly allergic
    Current Staff:cleaning staff
    Home SQFT: 6,000

    Position Responsibilities

  • Childcare: mostly for the older children after school driving to activities Ages 6 and 9 years old infant on weekends
  • Housekeeping: Shared Housekeeping Required
  • Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner
  • Laundry: Family Laundry
  • Driving: Required

    • Position Requirements

  • Work Hours: Monday- Friday 3pm- 7pm Saturday or Sunday mornings 7-11am- (24 hours per week)
  • Languages: English
  • Experience: Years of Experience
  • References: Minimum of 2 References
  • Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
  • Personality Traits: Calm and kind, organized but flexible, someone who is self sufficient, chill personality, positive, relaxed, takes initiative
