Description
As a Scrum Master (w/m/d) at Yorktown, you will support the implementation of agility in projects for our clients. We are looking for experienced Scrum Masters as well as Scrum Certified individuals with some experience in agile projects. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities.


Your new job will include:

  • Coaching your team in selforganized work during sprints
  • Organizing and facilitating Scrum meetings
  • Encouraging knowledge sharing within and beyond the team
  • Being closely involved with the team to not only know their current velocity, but also to support them in any challenges they may face
  • Taking responsibility for the team's development and the success of our client projects
  • Being an active member of the agile community and exchanging knowledge and experiences
  • Having the freedom to shape and take on responsibilities due to our flat hierarchies

Your profile should include:

  • Living by the Scrum values of courage, focus, commitment, respect, and openness
  • Strong knowledge of the Scrum Guide and other methods and tools to promote agile values both internally and with clients
- (Some) experience in (IT) consulting and agile IT projects, such as in the SAP environment or software development

  • Being open to new ideas and learning from failures
  • Excellent German (B2+) and English language skills
