Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Assistant to join our team. The Surgical Assistant will work closely with patients and doctors to provide support during surgical and/or routine procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills, motivation and multitasking in a fast paced environment.


Duties:

• Assist doctors during surgical procedures by providing them with the instruments and equipment necessary to complete the procedure
• Set up and breakdown of operatories before and after surgery
• Sterilization of equipment and instruments
• Taking quality radiographs, photographs and TRIOS scans

Experience:

• Current RDA, Xray Certification, CPR/BLS
• Previous experience as a Surgical Dental Assistant is not required, will train the right person
• Familiarity with dental assisting techniques is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
