    Description
    A non-profit human services agency is currently seeking nurses for their full-time education programs.

    School Nurses who join this team of professionals are responsible for providing medical assistance to students and completing multiple tasks ranging from assessing minor injuries to requesting emergency services.

    Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule available

    The base pay range for this position is $45 to $48 per hour.

    The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

    Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer. This is a temp-to-perm assignment; you can gain access to company benefits, paid time off, and more perks once you fully transition

    *Responsibilities:
    • Maintaining comprehensive health records for each attending child.
    • Dispensing prescribed medications with parental and medical consent.
    • Contributing to a thorough understanding of children's health requirements.
    • Administering emergency first aid when needed, documenting incidents, and suggesting further medical attention.
    • Applying professional judgment in addressing student health issues.
    • Conducting necessary physical evaluations such as height and weight measurements.
    • Collaborating with families to enhance their awareness of children's health matters.
    *Requirements:
    • Registered Nurse – New York State Licensure
    • Bachelors Degree in Nursing
    • One year of nursing experience preferred
