Content Specialist.

This position is part of a team of graphic designers, videographers, writers and web designers that create optimized content for today's wide range of media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and manages daily activity on assigned client social media channels; handles customer issues and feedback as necessary
  • Performs highlevel industryspecific research, deconstructing relevant case studies and uncovering insights
  • Creates and posts weekly social media content for assigned clients
  • Works with the creative team to develop ad campaigns and concepts of outstanding quality for interactive/web, print, broadcast, direct mail, outofhome and other forms of promotion for agency and clients
  • Crafts digital ads that help to build awareness of client brands/products and stimulate sales
  • Researches clients' products/services/images to ensure the ability to write accurate, ontarget copy/concepts for assigned projects
  • Monitors the online conversation of assigned brands and reports back to client/agency
  • Assists with proofreading or editing other client content before publishing
  • Measures and reports the impact of social media on overall marketing efforts
  • Participates in client meetings as the creative and social media specialist on assigned accounts
  • Provides photography and videography support as needed

Qualifications:


  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Ability to multitask, while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Exemplary writing skills; proofreading or editing experience a plus
  • Passion for online communication
  • Curiosity for learning
  • Familiarity with executing social media strategies for brands
○ Experience with Tik Tok and influencer marketing a plus

  • Experience in digital design, photography and videography a plus
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social, Divvy HQ or similar services a plus
