- Be responsible for organizing, cleaning, and analyzing data, assisting in building analyses, and evaluating assumptions, premiums, and risk factors that impact loss liabilities.
- Serve as a strategic partner to brokers and clients, collaborating to uncover solutions to various challenges.
- Work closely with actuarial and broking teams to ensure client needs are met, analytics resources are utilized efficiently, and the client relationship is enhanced through GC Analytics.

- Collaborate with senior actuaries and brokers to understand client needs and provide advice on reinsurance programs based on risk profiles and industry trends to mitigate risks.
- Develop models and calculations to assess risk, formulate pricing strategies, and address a range of risk exposures for clients.
- 3 to 5 years of industry experience and completion of 3 to 5 CAS actuarial exams
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related field
- Experience in pricing, valuation, and/or capital modeling
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent
- Coding skills in programming languages like Alteryx, R, Python, VBA, or SQL
- Prior experience in reinsurance

The salary range for this role is $84,700 to $155,400, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Performance-based incentives may also apply.
