    Grubhub's Enterprise team is responsible for growing our enterprise relationships. This Director role will be responsible for small to medium-sized National brands to bring additional value and revenue to Grubhub's Marketplace and/or delivery services. This position is responsible for understanding client needs in a competitive landscape, driving product strategy by identifying opportunities for account growth, and adding various merchant types to our platform. As a member of Grubhub's senior leadership team and department leader, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of our small to medium sized National brands team and executing on Grubhub's KPIs related to revenue and supply targets. The position will report to our VP, Enterprise.
    The Impact You'll make:

    • Exceed KPI targets set by you and the VP by managing team activity, with an ability to accurately forecast and motivate
    • Retain customer footprint by holding team to the highest standards of customer service and demonstrating Grubhub's values
    • Coach the Enterprise Success management team to be top-notch people leaders who identify and retain top talent
    • Maintain and develop a team compensation structure that drives productivity, loyalty, and sound economics
    • Foster a learning culture, focused on high performance, agility, and creativity within the team
    • Effectively communicate thoughts and ideas with peers and leaders with an ability to pivot strategy as needed
    • Willing to risk comfort level and step into unknown projects/tasks; find creative and scrappy solutions to challenging problems and remove roadblocks as needed
    • Building relationships to drive buying decisions of VP, Director, and C-Level executives at Enterprise restaurants
    • Advocate for Enterprise partners and Enterprise Team cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering Teams to hit KPI goals


    What You Bring to the Table?

    • 12+ years of people/sales management/professional experience
    • 5+ years of leadership experience in client success, sales, or account management
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Passion and aptitude for working in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment
    • Expertise in Salesforce, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and other account management tools with a command over data
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to tactfully work cross-functionally with other senior leaders through the C-Suite
    • Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals
    • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
    • Must be focused and organized and have excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
    • Must be a highly intelligent, driven individual with an extraordinary amount of professionalism and common sense
    • Must be comfortable giving and receiving criticism, asking a lot of questions, and taking ownership. Ideally this person is a self starter and doesn't need much oversight and direction to run their team effectively
    • Must be extremely responsible, have an open and engaging personality, and a quick mind
    • Strong leader with a track record of driving results and developing their team
