SOFT's client, located in Newark, NJ is looking for a Business Support Specialist for a long term contract assignment. This is a hybrid position.
This position supports energy efficiency program delivery through a combination of internal and external resources to meet program goals.

Provide analytical and program implementation support for energy efficiency programs and support the workforce jobs initiative, electric vehicle and energy storage.

This includes working with third party vendors to deliver programs to market; the development, preparation and analysis of operational reports; development of procedures/process improvements; technical support and expertise to process owners.


Daily use of SAP to review customer bill payment history.

  • Daily follow up on customer inquiries regarding their Energy Efficiency program On Bill Repayment OBR obligations and OBR exception reviews
  • Liaising with Residential program Implementation Contractor and their customer care vendor, CEF EE Agents, RES program implementation team members to resolve OBR questions.
  • Producing a monthly OBR Repayment Report
  • Reconciling OBR activity to SAP to OBR Billing uploads

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
