- This position will have a significant role in the successful implementation of a new Project Portfolio Management System, requiring detailed analysis and coordination with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Meet with various team members to gather detailed project portfolio management system application requirements.
- Document the gathered requirements to be included in the RFP.
- Attend project team meetings and initiate one-on-one meetings with individual contributors.
- Report findings and progress to the project manager.
- Collaborate with individual contributors to identify software needs and develop integrations for the new project application.
- Prioritize requirements and manage conflicts effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in or knowledge of specific line of business and/or IT environment.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred.
- Skilled in requirements gathering for IT integrations and application implementations.
- Experience with conflict management and prioritization of requirements.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Products and ability to create data visualizations and communicate technical processes to business professionals.
- Intermediate knowledge of International Institute of Business Analysis - BABOK processes.
- Adaptability in a team environment.
- Creativity and critical thinking.
- Proficient in oral and written communication, customer focus, and organization skills.

The Technical Business Analyst will work within a team of 10 direct members and 30 individual contributors, primarily focusing on gathering requirements to streamline and standardize project and portfolio management through the consolidation of tools and implementation of a new software application.
