Discover your exciting role The EHS Coordinator works with and advises projectleadership, and field personnel ensuring implementationof our Incident Free Workplace Culture.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities Coordinates focus of project leadership and fieldpersonnel to ensure implementation of safety activitiesthroughout projects.

The focus always on incidentprevention, risk removal or reduction Reviews site safety program and proposes improvementsto assure that those managing the work embraces safetyas part of the work culture Promotes, obtains, and submits site audits.

Audits workareas to identify, facilitate and correct potentialhazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Audits for a successful safety culture.

Coaches whereand when needed Participates in the creation of job hazard plans, taskssubmittals and safety specifications and verifies thatall safety precautions have been included Maintains liaison with outside organizations such asclinics, fire departments, mutual aid societies, andrescue teams to assure correct site information andassistance to support for the project Conducts or coordinates safety and first aid trainingto educate workers about safety, policies, laws, andpractices.

Passes any safety related information downto those in the field using focused toolbox talks or atmorning huddles Conducts and communicates incident investigationfindings to minimize reoccurrence, assures thepreparation of accident reports, and confirms closureof corrective actions Encourages and promotes the value of early incident orinjury reporting from those onsite Encourage the submittal of near misses, good catches,lesson learned or best practices and promotes therecognition of those helping with that effort Other duties as assigned Show your expertise Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional organization and coordination skills Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word,Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.

High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental,Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or anapplied science field preferred Must have one of the following ProfessionalCertifications/License or in the pursuit of:

o Certified Safety Professional (CSP)o Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)o Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)o Professional Engineer License (PE)Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employerin the U.S.
