This is a full-time on-site role for a Routing and Compliance Specialist located in Jersey City, NJ.
The Routing and Compliance Specialist will manage all routing processes and compliance requirements by following industry standards, customer guidelines, company policies, and government regulations.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance is met in all areas of customer interactions, shipments, and transportation.
Qualifications
- Logistics, Business, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in routing and compliance within a distribution or logistics environment
- Demonstrated knowledge retailer routing policies and procedures
- Experience working with transportation management systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and problemsolving skills
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with large retailers is a plus
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
