    In this role, the Senior Analog Design Engineer will be instrumental in driving the development of high-power and precision automated testing equipment.

    Drive the development and implementation of innovative calibration schemes to ensure the accuracy and precision of instruments.
    Guide and mentor engineering teams through efficient design methodologies and problem resolution.
    Communicate effectively with various stakeholders about technical risks and project contingencies.

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; 10+ years of experience in hardware design, with a focus on analog and power instrumentation.

    ~ Strong foundation in analog circuits, control theory, ASICs, mixed-signal simulation, DSP, and logic design.
    ~ Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to navigate between detailed engineering tasks and overarching project goals.
