Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at our food manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth machinery operation and maintenance to uphold continuous, efficient production of high-quality food products. This role demands expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, with a knack for troubleshooting and repair. Upholding safety and superior product standards is paramount.

Job Duties:

Regularly inspect machinery to ensure proper function.
Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
Collaborate with production and quality control for seamless operations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to safety protocols.
Manage spare parts inventory and assist with new equipment installation.
Provide training and support to team members on equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; mechanical or electrical engineering certification or degree preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance within food manufacturing or related industry.
Proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and PLCs.
Knowledge of food manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
Ability to interpret technical documents and solve problems under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
Willingness to work varying shifts and overtime.
