Resident Services Coordinator in our beautiful retirement community
Cadence Rancho Cucamonga.
The Resident Services Coordinator (certified Med Tech) works as a liaison between residents, resident families, and staff.

They will support the Health and Wellness Director by assisting in scheduling, managing staff, and effectively assuring that systems are in place to provide quality assisted living services in all areas of resident care.

Duties also include problem-solving resident concerns and coordinating care with the caregiver team.

What will you do as a Resident Services Coordinator?

  • Assist with the caregiver and medtech scheduling and resident assignments, working within the department allowances.
  • Coordinate admissions with assistant administrators including supervising moveins.
  • Assist with supervision of the medication room and orders, working with Medication Aides and Caregivers.
  • Complete family/resident admission interviews.
  • Coordinate care planning with home health agencies onsite, working within community policy.
  • Function as a liaison with families ensuring special needs/requests/complaints are addressed.
  • Understand the community's care regulations along with statespecific regulations.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CNA/HCA/ Med Tech/ Medication Administration License, per State regulations.
  • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
