What can you expect?

  • You are the direct contact person (m/f/d) for our customers and insurers in all insurance matters
  • You primarily manage existing customer relationships, mainly in field sales; you will be supported by your team in the back office
  • You are responsible for new customer acquisition on your own
  • You have access to extensive insurance concepts, framework agreements, and industry solutions
  • You constantly monitor product development in the market and implement the resulting insights for your customers
  • You conduct negotiations with insurance companies independently

What should you bring?

  • After completing your insurance commercial training or a business administration degree, you have already gained several years of qualified professional experience in the commercial/industrial segment
  • You have already built up a broad, cross-industry knowledge of insurance
  • You are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are confident in negotiations
