    Job Description

    The role of the Recovery Technician involves operating a straight truck to collect used oil, filters, and plastics across the designated province. This position requires a strong focus on professionalism and exceptional customer service to nurture positive customer relationships and showcase GFL's diverse service options.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Adhere to schedules and service orders as directed by the Service Coordinator
    • Deliver excellent on-site service to customers, consistently highlighting GFL's service portfolio
    • Complete service documentation following GFL and TDG guidelines
    • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the truck cab, components, and assigned equipment
    • Engage in GFL's safety initiatives including safety meetings and risk assessments

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Possess a Commercial Driver's License
    • Demonstrated customer service background
    • Display self-motivation
    • Experience in a safety-conscious work environment
