Java Backend Developer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

You will further develop the W&W customer portal as a service platform, through which customers of the W&W Group can easily access information, receive proactive tips for their life situation, and handle their concerns digitally.

You will work in an agile Scrum team with passionate software developer colleagues.
You will support product management and other stakeholders in estimating complex features.

Code is your trademark, you enjoy code reviews, improve legacy code, and design new components using the latest tech stack.

Expectations

You have a passion for modern and mobile applications and stay up-to-date with the latest developments, evaluating the need within your own team.

You always keep your goal in mind, learn from your mistakes, and continuously develop yourself with enthusiasm.

You are familiar with the Spring Boot universe and have excellent Java skills (version 17 or 21 or newer) to improve our backend and service landscape.

We use Git for development and Gitlab for version control, and you are familiar with pipelines and branching concepts.
