- Cash application, deposits, and verification of invoice status
- Following up with customers on overdue payments and resolving payment issues
- Owning the accounts receivable process and understanding payment cycles
- Collaborating with billing, sales, operations, and management teams for payment coordination
- Implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency
- Assisting with office tasks and balancing sheet reconciliation
- Preparing journal entries and supporting audits
- Previous experience in accounts receivable
- Familiarity with cash application and invoice verification
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably have completed 2 or more years of college coursework
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
