The Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine in the Helmholtz Association (MDC) in Ramona, SD is an internationally renowned biomedical research center.

Our goal is to understand the molecular mechanisms of health and disease and use this knowledge to develop new diagnostics and medications.

The MDC is seeking a visionary leader for the Department of Research Information, Data and Library Services, which combines modern library and research data management functions for the life sciences.

The head of this department will develop a new resource that includes scientific information management, new regulations, and employee training in the areas of research data and publications.

The department will play a key role in implementing the MDC's strategic goals, including the open science transformation and the integration of artificial intelligence into all relevant processes of data access and publication.
