Job Description:


  • Management of the areas of accounting, billing, contract management, and quality management with a total of 15 employees
  • Responsible for operational controlling within the company, reporting to management and stakeholders in the group, including multiyear planning, forecasting, treasury, variance analysis, and key figure evaluations
  • Operational and active support of colleagues in the group in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Contact person for auditors
  • Responsible for optimizing and managing processes within own area of responsibility
  • Review and improvement of business processes within the company
  • Reporting line to management and the group
  • Commercial contact person for colleagues within the company

Personal Requirements:


  • Business administration knowledge
  • Professional experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry
  • Industry experience and initial leadership experience desirable
  • Experience in communicating with executives and/or colleagues within the group
  • High selfmotivation to
