Are you looking to jump straight into the workforce after school? Then let Management Circle train you as an event management specialist (m/f/d) in Springfield and immerse yourself in the exciting world of business with us.

During your training, you will get to know all departments involved in successfully organizing an event, from planning and marketing to execution.

You will benefit from the extensive expertise of your experienced colleagues. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

The following areas are looking forward to having you on board:
event organization, marketing and sales, customer service, sponsorship and cooperation management, accounting, and reception.

Your tasks will include taking on responsibilities for organizing and marketing our events, supporting the marketing team with tasks such as creating mailings, blog articles, social media posts, and graphics, and getting to know other areas of the company such as registration, database, sales, and accounting.

You will also gain practical experience in event management on-site, from large trade shows to internal Christmas parties.

You are a good fit for us if you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, are interested in new topics and trends, are motivated to contribute your creative ideas, and have completed your (high school) diploma with a good result.
