Community-based position with partnership after 1 year
Flexible, 8 to 11 shifts per month schedule in this 0.6 FTE position
Multispecialty clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available for support
Two providers, two clinical nurses, and one MA per shift
Flex shifts - clinic hours: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm on weekdays, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm on weekends
No state income tax, $20k relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, and benefits
