Job Title:
Production Technician

Responsibilities:

Assemble JetWave Product Kits:
Follow assembly instructions to put together JetWave product kits efficiently and accurately.
Utilize mechanical skills to ensure the quality and precision of assembled components.

Package Kits for Shipment:
Pack completed product kits securely in boxes, ensuring they are ready for safe transportation.
Label and document packages according to shipping guidelines.

Manage JetWave Product Inventory:
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of JetWave product parts.
Receive incoming parts into the JetWave product inventory system.

Complete Assigned Picklists:
Work with picklists to gather necessary components for assembly.
Ensure that all required parts are accounted for in the assembly process.

Reference 3D Drawings:
Consult 3D drawings to confirm the quality and accuracy of mechanical parts.
Identify and address any discrepancies in the parts received.

Assist with JetWave Custom Product Projects:
Collaborate with the project team to contribute to the development of custom JetWave products.

Update State of Build in Zoho:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the assembly process using Zoho inventory management systems.

Communicate Bundle Completion:
Notify relevant parties when JetWave product bundles are complete and ready for shipment.

Repair Technician Assistant
Support lead repair technician with electronic repairs and projects

Assist with Facility Management:
Support facility management tasks as needed, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Provide Shop Support to Live Events and Rentals (LER) Department:
Collaborate with the LER department to offer support in various shop
- related activities.

Backup Company Driver:
Act as a backup driver for company deliveries as necessary.

Experience with Mechanical Parts:
Previous experience working with mechanical components and assembling products.

Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Good at Building Things:
A hands-on individual who enjoys building and assembling products.

Comfortable Using Power Tools:
Proficient in using a variety of power tools for assembly tasks.
Must enjoy working with their hands.
Interested in mechanical and electrical systems

Driver's License:
A valid driver's license is required for the backup company driver responsibilities.

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
