Job Summary
The Director of Training will be responsible for designing, delivering and overseeing a comprehensive training program for a 245D Community Residential Services organization to ensure all staff are properly prepared to support persons served in a safe and compliant manner.Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate initial onboarding for new employees across the organization.
- Develop and deliver new hire orientation including overview of Affinity Care MN's mission values culture orientation to persons served service expectations review of policies procedures employee responsibilities.
