Job summary
The Associate Director of EP Skills Training will lead and grow a high-performing team responsible for delivering world-class education to healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role combines deep EP clinical knowledge with strategic curriculum design, adult-learning principles, and strong leadership to drive impactful learning journeys that enhance clinical outcomes and customer experience.Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Education, Healthcare, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare training/education or marketing.
