Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives to learn about property listings and market trends
  • Assist in property showings and open houses
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Support the negotiation process under the guidance of experienced sales professionals
  • Perform administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
  • Utilize organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation

Experience:


  • Knowledge of real estate law and property management principles is a plus
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for engaging with diverse clientele
  • Prior experience in real estate administrative roles is beneficial

Pay:
$35, $60,000.00 per year
