Our client, a successful company specializing in innovative software solutions for businesses and banks, is currently seeking an IT Supporter (m/w/d) - 1st and 2nd Level Support to join their team in Cologne.

Your responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd level support via phone, email, remote, or onsite
Analyze and resolve technical issues
Document all support activities in the ticketing system
Install software solutions onsite and integrate them into existing IT infrastructure
Conduct training and onboarding for users

Your profile:

Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as IT specialist (m/w/d) for system integration, IT management assistant (m/w/d), or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of installation, configuration, and support of Windows server and client operating systems
Familiarity with data transfers and networks
Experience with IT service management/helpdesk/ticketing system solutions
Strong analytical skills for problemsolving
