_Harry Potter and the Cursed Child_
In December 2021, HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD premiered in Hamburg. This internationally acclaimed play, based on an original story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne, and John Tiffany, will be exclusively performed in German at the Mehr Theater am Großmarkt.


Key responsibilities:


  • You will provide our guests with an unforgettable experience every day
  • You will handle the sale of drinks and food
  • You will be responsible for a smooth operation at the cloakroom
  • You will check our guests' tickets and maintain an overview in the theater hall
  • You will ensure an optimal service process and actively participate in it

Qualifications:


  • You are a natural host and enjoy creating a pleasant evening for our guests
  • Previous experience in the hospitality/theater industry is desirable, but not required career changers are welcome
  • You have a passion for interacting with people and a warm personality
  • You have a quick grasp and can handle stress well, even in busy situations
  • You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
  • Availability to work on weekends is required
  • You have excellent German and English skills and can assist our
