Description

  • Conceptualization, (further) development, and communication of processes for IT service management in Olmito and Olmito
  • Independent execution of complex tasks to support management in the context of IT service management
  • Deriving requirements and accompanying the (further) development of IT support for IT service management
  • Professional coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Project support to ensure compliance with procedural requirements within BWI
  • Ensuring knowledge building and transfer within the department and the entire BWI and Bundeswehr
  • Completed degree in organizational or business administration, a STEM subject, or a comparable education
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience after completing education or approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience after completing a degree
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in process management methodologies, process modeling, and IT service management according to ITIL V3/ ITIL 4
  • Knowledge of modeling applications for business processes, ideally ARIS, SPARX EA desired
  • Experience in business architectures is desirable
  • First experience in working in cross-functional teams
  • Combination of good conceptual skills with cross-functional and strategic thinking, as well as a structured, independent, and goal-oriented approach
  • Confident appearance and strong communication skills, as well as a strong customer and quality orientation
  • National travel readiness required (approx. 10%)
