Description

Mid-sized Creditor Rights Law Firm is seeking a Mediation Coordinator/Legal Assistant for an entry level position with preferably a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the mortgage default loan servicing industry.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of mortgage default terminology and concepts in regards to loans in foreclosure.
Any familiarity with legal and/or mortgage databases such as BKFS and Tempo is a plus.
Excellent communication skills
Must be responsible, detail oriented, organized, responsive to clients, and committed to adherence to the Firm's policies and procedures.
Computer proficiency is required including Microsoft Office

College degree, legal certificate and/or mortgage default loan servicing experience preferred.
Pay range will be $25-27/hour based on experience. This is a remote hybrid position with some training required in the office. Must have at least one year of mortgage default loan servicing experience (prior law office experience is not required).
