    Beverage Cart Attendant

    Are you at least 18 years of age and have a passion for service? Racine Country Club is seeking Beverage Cart Attendants to join our team. Beverage Cart Attendants are responsible for providing an exceptional on-course food and beverage experience for club members and guests. Qualified individuals will be friendly, responsible, motivated, and willing to work outside during various degrees of temperature and weather. This seasonal position does require working weekends and holidays starting May 25th.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet each member and guest(s) personally with a warm welcome.
    • Take food and drink orders from golfers on-course in a timely manner.
    • Safely operate a beverage cart/portable bar
    • Engage with members in a friendly and positive manner.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and members.
    • Maintain proper uniform, clean and polished appearance.
    • Knowledge of golf etiquette when approaching golf group
    • Knowledge of all food & drink offerings
    • Ability to make cocktails as requested.
    • Collect and process payments accurately.
    • Operate with integrity while unsupervised.
    • Safely secure all products on the beverage cart, restock as needed.
    • Clean and sanitize the beverage cart of all food, ice, and trash at the end of shift.
    • Ensure health code standards are always met.
    • Follow proper side work duties at start and end of shift.
    • Assist in other duties as needed daily.
    Qualifications
    • Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate
    • Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
    • Physical Requirements:
      • Must be able to bend, squat, stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
      • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
      • Must be able to work in various degrees of temperature and weather.
    Salary
    • $8 per hour plus gratuities
    Education
    • High school diploma
