- Review daily schedules and manage time off and vacation requests; coach and train on policies, procedures, andperformance
- Supervise cashiers to ensure correct policies and procedures for check handling and closing are maintained by service staffas well as manage activities; means of access and egress, to ensure complete compliance with Health Department and FireMarshall Regulations
- Directly communicate with the Chef on all food service and menu issues
- Assist in seasonal menu changes and holiday menu changes
- Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing
- Exercise cost controls for all aspects of restaurant operation
- Manage pricing and maintenance issues to ensure checks can be processed correctly
- Direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Service experience in a Starbucks
- 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a High volume food and beverage environment
- Degree in a related field or equivalent work experiencein a Starbucks
- Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
