    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    Responsible for assisting in day-to-day recruiting operations. Provides recruiting expertise and carries out responsibilities on a professional level in areas of talent sources, recruiting, and selection. Ideal candidate will have a strong healthcare background and willingness to expand their knowledge within other areas.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1.Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies.

    2.Manage clinical and non-clinical applications through updating candidate activity and disposition of candidates (via Applicant Tracking System)

    3.Pre-screen qualified candidates

    4.Coordinate interview between hiring manager and candidate

    5. Verify all employment details and conduct formal offers.

    6. Collect new hire documentation including MBI Form, Application, job description, etc.

    7. Perform various customer service-related activities.

    8. Serve as an expert in clinical and non-clinical position requirements (I.e., Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensures, etc.)

    9. Extends formal offer to candidate.

    10. Perform other duties as assigned.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

    1. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing recruitment. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

    2. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

    3. Ability to respond to common inquiries.

    4. Ability to present information to senior management, employees, and potential applicants.

    5. Thorough communicator-communicates and responds to candidates in a timely manner.

    6. Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

    7. Ability to interact and communicate with upper management, clinical leadership, and providers.

    8. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    9.Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate assignments. Must document well and have excellent follow-up.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required.

    2. plus years in healthcare recruiting is required

    3. Knowledge in applicate tracking systems is preferred.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    Requires local travel between sites on a regular basis (2-5 times per month). A valid driver's license and insured automobile are required.

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    Normal work hours for this position are Monday through Friday dayshift; 8:00a.m. To 5:00p.m.. Occasionally, overtime and weekends may be required. Occasional night and weekend phone calls required maybe required.
