- Writes basic documentation on how technology works. Builds clear documentation for new code and systems used.
- Documenting systems designs, presentations, and business requirements for consumption and consideration at the manager level.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience required.
- 4 plus years Technical engineering experience.
- Expertise with JavaScript, Jelly Script, or PowerShell Script
- Experienced with Catalog Item/Workflow development, Asset Configuration Items (CI)
- Experienced with Agile Safe methodology
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITAM (specifically HAM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / Certified System Administrator
- IT Warehouse and data center Logistics experience is a plus
- Experience with hardware fulfillment, inventory and distribution workflows in HAM
- SAM experience is a plus
- Experienced with Developing and troubleshooting scoped Applications
