Internal Audit is a global function responsible for providing independent assurance and evaluating the company's risk management, governance and internal control processes to determine if they are designed and operating effectively.
The Internal Audit team plans and executes audit projects according to our risk-based audit plan by evaluating financial, compliance, operational, and IT processes and controls.
We work with business functions in addressing risks and improving the control environment through timely and comprehensive audit work and tracking of remediation actions until completion.
Hybrid Work Model:
We are back to the office with a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office three days per week.

We work with business functions in addressing risks and improving the control environment through timely and comprehensive audit work and tracking of remediation actions until completion.
We are looking for professional data analysts who will power our mission with data engineering, data analytics technology and rich experience of data handling, continuous auditingResponsibilities:
- Manage and implement continuous auditing and data analytics scenarios, including identifying and analyzing risks, planning and prioritizing the work, conducting interviews, observing systems and operations. Developing queries and testing strategies, including techniques to confirm the completeness and accuracy of the data used in data analytics and continuous audit testing.
- Own and implement a Continuous Auditing (CA) and Data Analytics (DA) strategy that will translate into a running list of CA and DA use cases that can automate the evaluation of the design and effectiveness of controls.
- Systematically organize the relationship between business processes, risks, and data, as well as provide comprehensive and meaningful data knowledge accumulation to the audit team.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders.
- Professional Development: Continue to develop and expand knowledge of the audit profession, data analytics practices, machine learning, AI, our industry, and ByteDance products and information through selfstudy, research, and continuing education efforts.
- Experience building and managing a Continuous auditing and Data Analytics program, including automating common analyses and recurring audit check procedures.
Extracting data from data warehouses and databases (example:
SQL DB's).
Designing and maintaining Continuous Auditing queries and dashboards, developing controls to maintain the integrity of the data and queries used for analytics and execution of multiple projects.
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining analytics dashboards that address financial/operating and technology objectives.
- Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Internet, Retail, SaaS or technologyrelated companies is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering or Operations Research with solid theoretical knowledge and 3+ years practical experience of project management, data analytics and scripting capabilities (example: SQL, Python, R etc.).
