We are currently seeking enthusiastic customer service representatives (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time for the customer support department of a leading telecommunications company in Kennard, IN.

As the first point of contact, you will provide friendly, competent, and solution-oriented support to customers via telephone for all inquiries related to internet, telephony, and TV.

We welcome applications from career starters, career changers, and students (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Customer support for TV, telephone, and internet disruptions
Analysis and troubleshooting
Ticket creation for complex issues
Database maintenance
Consultation on products and services

Your qualifications:

Passion for technology, strong communication skills, empathy, and a high level of customer service orientation
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Professional and friendly demeanor with a careful work approach
Good knowledge of PC and MS Office

We offer:

Longterm employment in fulltime or parttime (starting from 20 hours/week)
A basic salary of approximately 2,280.00 euros gross in fulltime for a 40hour work week
