Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our team.

As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with FDA regulations.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure consistent product quality
Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any defects or deviations from specifications
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in quality systems
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Manage and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Provide guidance and training to employees on quality control processes and procedures
Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers and vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards
Oversee the fabrication process to ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications
Utilize project management skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality management systems
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and equipment
