Description

Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with order entry and project coordination tasks
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy
  • Coordinate and assist with event planning activities

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred but not required
This position offers an opportunity to work in a office environment with a supportive team. We provide on-the-job training for specific tasks and responsibilities.
