Location: Minneapolis (St. Paul), MN

Status: Full-Time

Schedule: 4 days per week, with 2-3 Saturdays per month included

Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm, Sat 8:30am-3/5pm

Position Summary:

Due to our ongoing growth and achievements, we are looking to add a full-time Registered Nurse to our dynamic treatment team located in Minneapolis (St. Paul), MN. As a Registered Nurse at our medically-driven company, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes, all while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct laser hair removal treatments following Milan Laser's established protocols
Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and provide pre/post-treatment care guidance
Independently work with clients to help them achieve their hair removal goals
Collaborate with the clinic team to meet company objectives
Offer first-rate patient care to create a welcoming and comfortable environment
Maintain precise and clear medical records in patients' EMR using a tablet
Ensure a professional and hygienic workspace by preparing treatment rooms between patients
Clean and perform basic maintenance on the laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
Coordinate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management Specialists for patient treatment plans as required

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted RN license
Potential out-of-state travel for training
Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capability to handle confidential information with care
Able to stand for up to 9 hours daily
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Proficient in visually assessing clients' skin and using visual abilities while operating lasers
Able to operate laser equipment and office machinery effectively (requires the use of hands, fingers, arms)
