Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent with prior retail or sales experience (preferred)
Strong critical thinking, math, and computer skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills and capability to build positive relationships with clients
Passion for total body care and basic knowledge of massage and skincare services

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure everyone feels valued and understood
Educate clients on new services, promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program, schedule future appointments, and recommend retail purchases
Manage clinic operations by welcoming clients, scheduling services, handling calls and emails, and addressing inquiries
Expand and maintain a client base through in-person interactions and remote outreach
