**Position: Custodian/Laundry Aide**
NHC fosters an environment of teamwork.
Custodian's typical duties include, but are not limited to:
Trash pick-up and removal
Vacuuming
Sweeping/Washing of hard surface flooring
Occasional striping/finishing of tiled floor areas
May be required to assist in snow removal, walkway treatment
Will be required to perform carpet cleaning on a scheduled basis
Will assist with furniture moves
Receiving of materials
Must have the ability to lift 50lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 to 100lbs
May be required to assist in housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments as needed
Other duties as assigned
Current shift is currently 8:00a.m.-4:00p.m., Monday-Friday *and* 8:30a.m.-4:30p.m. **every other weekend in laundry**
