We are looking for a Medical Professional (m/f/d) to join the team at the medical station in the emergency shelter for refugees in Haltern am See, Clio, AL.


The shelter provides care for people who have fled from war and terror and are starting a new life in Germany.

You can help provide medical care for the residents and give them a healthy start in their new home.


Responsibilities:

  • Receiving patients and conducting initial examinations
  • Assisting with treatments and supporting doctors
  • Preparing and administering medication
  • Coordinating appointments and treatments and maintaining records in the system

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in a medical or nursing field, such as:
  • Registered Nurse
  • Emergency Medical Technician
  • Paramedic
  • Emergency Medical Technician
-Paramedic

  • Geriatric Nurse
  • Medical Assistant
  • Empathy and reliability
  • Good knowledge of German and at least one other foreign language (e.g. English, Arabic, Kurdish, Ukrainian, Russian)
